For example, cut out pictures from magazines that correspond to what you want. Buy yourself a nice little box to put your wishes in. You can also create a folder on your computer and fill it with labeled pictures.
Label the folder/box like this: Everything that is in this box is.
The more images or things relating to an area you gradually put into the manifestation box, the more you focus on what you want. This strengthens the energy that moves you in the direction of what you want. This game is fun, just give it a try.
You can also use simple text that you write on a piece of paper, for example. (write your wish on the piece of paper)
If you wish for very private things, you can password-protect the folder on your computer by putting it in a so-called zip folder with a password. You can do this with the 7zip program, for example. If you have a box, you could choose one that you can lock.
