The simplest meditation goes like this: lie down comfortably, pay attention to your breath as you breathe in and out. If thoughts or emotions distract you, focus on your breath again. Imagine your thoughts as clouds passing by in the sky.

There are countless meditation techniques with different purposes. You are free to try what works for you.

But even the simplest meditation technique, as just described, can produce incredible results.

I recommend that you start simple. Many try to become more peaceful and relaxed in everyday life through meditation.

However, since the main focus of this website is manifestation, I will now go into detail on this subject.

The best thing about being inspired, and fulfilling desires through meditation is that you can’t do anything wrong here.

In combination with the right life and the use of correct manifestation, meditation is very powerful. For example, through manifestation games, (one of which is visualization) or important knowledge as described on this website. And correctly performed actions, meditation will bring you a lot to fulfill your desires.

The good thing about meditation is that you can always use it successfully, no matter how you feel. In addition, meditation has many additional good effects.

Additional tip: Be conscious now and then in everyday life as well. For example, when you wash the dishes, when you are alive, or when you jog or laugh.

You don’t have to meditate for a long time. 10 to 20 minutes is enough. Even a minute is super. If you like, you can of course meditate as long as you like. 🙂

I do not recommend counting the length of the meditation. But for beginners and also for the more advanced, I recommend setting a timer. For example for 30 minutes. This helps a lot.

A meditation against fear:

Assume a position that is comfortable, lying down or sitting. Place your left hand over your right, breathe through your mouth and pay attention to your breath. Not only will it relieve your anxiety, and you’ll become aware of fears you didn’t even know you had. Which is a really good thing. Don’t worry, it’s mostly little things. Awareness is important for your self-esteem.

A meditation for a clear mind

Trance meditation: Lie down in bed or on a couch and make sure you are undisturbed. Now let go and let yourself drift. Let go. You let all thoughts and especially images fly by in your mind, so to speak. You let the images and thoughts come and go. Images from your past will appear automatically.
If you are lucky, you will enter a trance-like state, which will bring your mind into a state that is like still water. This is good for your well-being longterm.
