Have you tried?

Are you sometimes unsure whether you should try something or are you afraid of failing? This is completely normal and happens to everyone.
People with low self-esteem often think: It won’t work anyway and don’t try. But if you try, then it can work.
You’ll be surprised what’s possible if you just keep trying things. Be optimistic but also at least a little realistic. Because: it won’t always work. For sure.
But if you don’t try, you’re almost guaranteed not to achieve it. But only almost. You can also achieve things in your life by circumstance or luck.

But the chances are higher if you try. So what do you have to lose? Weigh up the cost-benefit ratio. What needs to be invested in terms of time, money, effort and risk.
And let me tell you: failure is not a bad thing. The more often you fail, the more you can deal with it and realize that failure is not the end of the world. In truth, it’s never the end of the world, but to be honest a triviality in 99% of cases.

Tip 1: Start small and build up regularly. With experience and continuity, you will improve more and more.

Tip 2: Trust yourself to do things that you think are beyond your abilities and the realm of what is possible for you.

Tip 3: Don’t be too much of a perfectionist and don’t avoid trying because it might hurt your ego, because you can’t do it (yet), because you have overestimated your abilities and experience. In truth, the only person who is upset by this is yourself.
