The piniata and acting

Imagine the following story with you as the main protagonist:

You are preparing a present for a friend’s birthday. You think of something crazier.

You know that your friend is short of money and that he could more than use it.

Instead of putting the money in an envelope, you buy a piniata and fill it with banknotes.

Your friend is supposed to smash the piniata, but says: “No, that’s too violent for me.

Take out the contents of the piniata, wrap the gift again and I’ll open it. I’ll wait until then”

You reply: “That’s crazy. You’re going to take the baseball bat and just hit the piniata.”

Boom!

Banknotes rain down on the floor.

It’s a wild, unusual story, but I like to be creative.

Sometimes it’s better to act rashly. For example, you can rent something to see if a wish is right for you.
This will save you a lot of time if it’s not worth it after all, or if things are different from what you imagined.
Because they often are. The whole thing has happened to me twice with bigger wishes.

And you often just have to get started and get going without being able to do everything perfectly. Or when you’re not even ready yet. Or when resources are still lacking.

and so on. You see how things are by starting out. And often the reality differs from the imagination.
