How to visualize

  • If you have problems to visualize pictures, start easy. Close your eyes and think about colors like yellow or blue. Think about Numbers like 7, 3 or 8.
  • After that you can increase yourself by thinking of a lemon, for example
  • Practice, practice, practice
  • Visualisation is powerful. Don’t underestimate it. It is fun. You should have a positive feeling when you visualize. You could visualize for example lying relaxed on a nice beach, you sitting in a nice car, or you having a good time with friends.
  • Use as many senses as possible. Imagine smells, how does it feel. How does it sound?
  • When you are visualizing, pay attention to how you want to feel while doing it. This is very important.
