Here are four things you can do:

Take care of your appearance if you’ve been neglecting it.
Get active. Be productive, do the housework, for example, or work out. And do something in your free time that you might enjoy. It doesn’t matter what it is, as long as it’s not harmful.
Take care of your duties
Take care of your social contacts. Go on a date with someone.
Don’t put yourself under pressure and don’t put yourself down if you don’t get anything done.
Relax sometimes

In many people’s minds, people only feel good when they do something. You don’t have to do anything to be valuable or to feel good about yourself. That’s just a belief.
